Advanced Network Administration Course in Singapore: Learn to design, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure network environments while preparing for AZ-700 certification readiness.
Course Synopsis
This course equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to design, secure, monitor, and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure network environments. Participants will configure Azure Virtual Networks, subnets, DNS zones, and security groups, while implementing hybrid connectivity through VPNs, ExpressRoute, and Virtual WAN.
The course also covers load balancing solutions such as Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, and Traffic Manager to improve application performance and availability.
Emphasis is placed on securing networks and applications using NSGs, Azure Firewall, Private Link, and WAF. Through scenario-based labs and assessments, participants will build resilient, compliant architectures and strengthen readiness for AZ-700 certification.
Prerequisites
Completed the Cloud Computing course awarded by @ASK Training
Language
- Attained at least WPLN level 5; or
- Obtained Grade C6 for GCE O-Level English; or
- Other equivalent qualifications.
Academic
- Obtained at least a pass or C6 at GCE O-Level in at least 3 subjects; or
- Candidates with other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis; or
- Mature candidates aged ≥ 30 years old with 8 years of relevant working experience.

Course Objectives
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
- Design and configure Azure Virtual Networks, subnets, DNS zones, and security groups to support scalable cloud environments.
- Implement hybrid connectivity using VPNs, ExpressRoute, and Virtual WAN, ensuring secure integration between on-premises and cloud networks.
- Deploy and manage load balancing solutions, including Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, and Traffic Manager, to optimize application delivery and availability.
- Secure applications and networks with NSGs, Azure Firewall, Private Link, and Web Application Firewall (WAF).
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure networking using Azure Monitor, Network Watcher, and advanced routing techniques, including UDRs and BGP.
- Apply advanced design patterns for multi-region, resilient, and compliant architectures.
- Demonstrate applied skills through scenario-based labs and assessments, preparing for both career transition into IT and AZ-700 certification readiness.
