Seminar Synopsis:

Have you heard of The Romance of the Three Kingdoms? It is one of the four great Chinese literary classics in Chinese history. Most of us recognize the novel through key characters such as Cao Cao, who is commonly portrayed as an unscrupulous and merciless tyrant with a Machiavellian personality.

However, we will be doing Cao Cao a great disservice if we allow ourselves to be blinded by his popularized brutality and overlook his great statesmanship. In our seminar, we will introduce you to Cao Cao, a great statesman of the Three Kingdoms era, and share lessons which are applicable to the modern workplace.
