What types of projects can be outsourced?

Business partners can join us as Capstone Project Partners, utilizing our students’ skills and expertise.​

  • Diploma in Digital Marketing: Develop, execute, and evaluate a comprehensive digital marketing campaign.​
  • Advanced Certificate in Infocomm Technology Infrastructure: Design and create an IT Asset Inventory or Cloud Computing Solution for your company, guided by an Industry Practitioner Mentor.

How do I submit a project brief?

You can submit a project brief through our online platform or during the initial consultation. This document should outline the project’s objectives, scope, and deliverables. We will arrange an online session with you and our Project Mentor (PM) to review the document and ensure alignment with your business profile and marketing objectives.​

What is the role of the Project Mentor?

Project Mentors are seasoned industry practitioners who guide undergraduate trainees throughout the project, ensuring quality and offering insights. They also help refine business marketing objectives that may be overlooked due to operational demands.​

What is the expected timeframe for project completion?

Trainees typically require 5 weeks to complete the project. Timelines will be confirmed during the initial briefing and are tailored to the complexity of the project.

What support will I receive as a Capstone Project Partner?

You will receive ongoing guidance from experienced project mentors who are seasoned industry practitioners. You will gain access to the students’ research and digital marketing plans developed during the Capstone Project.

Will I have direct access to the trainees working on my project?

You will have face-to-face interaction during the Capstone Project Kick-Off Meeting, where students will ask about your company’s products/services and objectives. During assessment day, students will present their digital marketing campaign, showcasing their execution plans and content mock-ups.​

How do I provide feedback on the trainees’ performance?

You will evaluate each student’s assignment during the Final Assessment Day. Additionally, regular meetings provide opportunities for feedback, and you can submit formal evaluations at the end of the project.​

Can I request specific skill sets for the trainees assigned to my project?

No, students undergo a standardized Diploma training curriculum at ASK Training, designed to equip them with relevant, up-to-date skills. We will, however, strive to match you with trainees who meet your general criteria.

We share your job description with graduates, who will then reach out to you for interviews. After selecting a candidate, simply inform our career service team to update the records once the contract is signed.

Is there a cost for hiring graduates?

We do not charge for any success hires or the services we rendered during the journey of our partnership or collaboration.​

What support is available during the hiring process?

Our career service team provides guidance and resources to assist you throughout the process.
