Course Description
In every workplace, making mistakes and feeling stressed are inevitable. Learning to build up resilience will help you to better cope with stress in the workplace. Despite so, many people struggle to pick themselves back up from mistakes, allowing stress to overwhelm them, thus resulting in a fall in productivity. In our course, Resilience at Work: Turning Stressful Situations into Your Advantage, we will dive into the different ways on building your personal resilience to increase your productivity.
In this 2-day workshop, participants will learn to differentiate between resilient and non-resilient attitudes through case studies, which makes it easier to apply to their real work life. They will also receive practical tips on how to build their own personal resilience blueprint. This will enable them to bounce back from adversity quickly and turn stressful situations into opportunities of personal growth and enhancement.
