Course Description
Understanding human thinking and personal rapport can be a powerful tool to enhance work and personal relationships. Have you ever wondered why some people do not interpret the message you are trying to convey accurately? That is because we all process information in a different way. “Color brain processing” allow us to comprehend the 4 different genetic ways of processing information. In this course, ‘Colored Brain: Gateway to Improving Communication Skills at the Workplace’, we will teach you how to bring your communication skills with others to the next level.
Within this 1-day workshop, participants will learn how to overcome common psychological barriers, identify their own colored brain and discover how each ‘Colored Brain’ works. Participants will also learn how to master working relationships with all colored brains.
Course Objectives
By the end of the course, you would be able to:
- Understand why different people interpret the same information and get different results and how to rectify this
- Identify sources of conflicts, misunderstandings and misconceptions when working across different colored brains
- Develop improved communication strategies to communicate, influence and work with all brain colors
- Use the different “colors” in your team members to better manage your team effectively so they become more productive both to themselves and to the company
Course Outline
- Understand “Psychological Barriers” which impact on effective communication and how to overcome these
- Discover “Colored Brain” genetic thinking and interpretation
- Master working relationships with all colored brains
- Understand how each “Colored Brain” views another, and how to pre-empt misunderstandings and conflicts
- Identify your internal GPS
