Are You Eligible?
The Criteria
- Programme Status: Current students or graduates of the Advanced Cert in IT Infrastructure and Operations or Diploma in IT Infrastructure and Operations programme.
- ACIIO Students: Must have successfully completed 6 modules (excluding the capstone) before the submission deadline.
- DIIO Students: Existing DIIO students are welcome to apply.
- Career Interest: Demonstrated strong interest in pursuing a career in IT Service Management or related fields.
- Exam Commitment: Must commit to sitting for the exam between 5 – 9 January 2026.
- Only 10 successful applicants will be selected to receive a voucher (worth USD600).

- Strength and clarity of your Career Goal Statement.
- Relevance of the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification to your stated career goals.
- Readiness to take the exam (e.g., availibity, preparation plans).
- Academic performance in ACIIO/DIIO (considered, but not the sole factor).

How Do I Apply?
The application form is straightforward; however, it requires you to articulate your ambitions. Please have the following ready:
- Your personal details (Name, Student ID, Contact Info).
- Your programme details (ACIIO/DIIO and graduation date).
- A compelling Career Goal Statement (max 300 words).
- Your explanation on “Why ITIL® 4 Foundation?” (max 200 words).
- Confirmation of your commitment to take the exam by 31 January 2026.
- Your resume or LinkedIn profile URL.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Do I need to have fully graduated to apply?
For ACIIO, you must have completed 6 modules (excluding the capstone) by 14 November 2025. Current DIIO students and all graduates of both programmes are eligible. Refer to our Eligibility Criteria above.
How will I know if I’m shortlisted?
All shortlisted candidates will be notified via email by 17 November 2025 to schedule an interview with the selection panel.
