They will explore AI-powered workplace technologies such as Visitor Management Systems, Collaboration Suites, Smart Building Platforms, Security and Surveillance Systems, Access Control, Room/Desk Booking Systems, and Multi-Function Devices.
Through guided discussions and practical case studies, learners will explore how businesses can prepare for and benefit from new technologies. Prerequisites
To enrol in this course, you should possess the following:
- Certificate in IT Infrastructure and Operations; OR
- Mature candidates (≥ 30 years old with 8 years’ work experience in a IT-related field); OR
- Candidates with other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Certification
Upon successful completion of the Emerging Technologies and Trends course assessment, participants who have attended at least 75% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance by @ASK Training.
