Do you feel tired or drained at work often? Do you feel that you have lost the motivation to work? Burn-out in the workplace is common in today’s world. In our course, Stop Burning-out and Start Settling with Passion, we will teach you how to prevent burn-out and lead a happy and effective work life.
Burn-out refers to a state of emotional, physical and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. Burn-out can result in the lost of interest in a person’s job or daily life, leading to decreased productivity and energy levels. It may even result in an increased tendency to fall ill, hence affecting quality of life. As a result, we must be proactive in preventing burn-out before it has any negative impact on our lives.
Within this 1-day workshop, participants will investigate the causes and effects of burn-out and learn to manage stress that may arise in the workplace. They will also learn to re-programme themselves so that they can inject positive energy and develop passion in their work.
