In every workplace, making mistakes and feeling stressed are inevitable. Learning to build up resilience will help you to better cope with stress in the workplace. Despite so, many people struggle to pick themselves back up from mistakes, allowing stress to overwhelm them, thus resulting in a fall in productivity. In our course, Resilience at Work: Turning Stressful Situations into Your Advantage, we will dive into the different ways on building your personal resilience to increase your productivity.

 

Resilience at Work: Turning Stressful Situations into Your Advantage

In this 2-day workshop, participants will learn to differences between resilient and non-resilient attitudes through case studies. They will also receive practical tips on how to build their own personal resilience blueprint. This will enable them to bounce back from adversity quickly and turn stressful situations into opportunities of personal growth and enhancement.

 

Course Objective – Resilience at Work: Turning Stressful Situations into Your Advantage

By the end of the course, you would be able to:

  • Explain the concept of resilience and how it affects work efficacy
  • Differentiate between resilient and non-resilient attitudes
  • Appraise their personal resilience capabilities
  • Devise and employ practical strategies to enhance personal and team resilience

 

Alongside this course, participants may also attend Managing Stress and Achieving Wellness, which will go into detail about how to manage stress in our day-to-day lives.
