In our course, Resilience at Work: Turning Stressful Situations into Your Advantage, we will dive into the different ways on building your personal resilience to increase your productivity.
In this 2-day workshop, participants will learn to differences between resilient and non-resilient attitudes through case studies. They will also receive practical tips on how to build their own personal resilience blueprint. This will enable them to bounce back from adversity quickly and turn stressful situations into opportunities of personal growth and enhancement.
