Problem Solving with Python Coding

At the modern workplace, employers expect their employees to be able to solve problems with effective solutions.  Yet with the vast amount of information available online for possible solutions, how can you effectively evaluate these possibilities to propose the best solution? In our course, Computational Thinking with Coding (Python), we will tell you how you can utilize Python to solve your everyday problems.

According to Wikipedia, Python is an interpreted, high-level, general-purpose programming language, with many applications such as developing desktop GUI applications, websites and web applications. Beyond these uses, computer coding can also be used in problem solving to provide logical and simple steps to resolve problems. Hence,  learning the process of computational thinking can also enhance your logical and critical thinking skills.

Problem solving with python coding

In this 2-day ‘Problem Solving With Python Coding’ workshop, you will be able to apply the thought processes required for computational thinking and the basics of Python and its applications to solve modern day problems.

Course Objectives – Problem Solving With Python Coding

By the end of the course, you would be able to:

  • Solve problems using computational techniques
  • Apply logical and critical thinking techniques to enhance your problem solving ability

Participants can also consider signing up for the Be Kiasu, Be Creative and Effective in Problem Solving course to further develop their problem solving skills.
