Persuasive Communication for Leaders
Do you struggle to persuade your subordinates to follow your orders? In the workplace, most of us will experience times when we need to influence and persuade others in order to get them to do things they are not willing to do. We need to apply persuasive skills in such a way that the other person will do what you want them to do willingly. In our course, Persuasive Communication for Leaders, we will teach you the different techniques and strategies you can use to improve your persuasion skills and hence enhance your leadership capabilities.
Within this 1-day workshop, participants will be taught how to use all of their communication skills including visual, vocal and verbal skills to become more persuasive and influential. They will also evaluate their own persuasive skills through questionnaires and discussion and prepare their own action plan to become more persuasive in the future.
