Anger is a universal experience for everyone. Getting angry is a natural response for humans during times of stress or frustration. Research has shown that people who manage their anger at work are much more successful than those who don’t. Despite this, not many people in the workplace know how to do so effectively. In our course, Let’s Get Your Anger Right! (Anger Management), we will teach you how to manage your anger effectively to maximise your productivity in the workplace in Singapore.
Within this 1-day workshop, participants will understand what anger is and the types of anger we usually face in the workplace. They will also get to analyse their anger, and learn several strategies to manage anger or deal with other peoples’ anger. Though the process of managing your own anger or the anger of others’ can be difficult for anybody, developing healthy coping mechanisms is essential to maintaining good interpersonal relationships. Through our course, you will learn how to recognise and approach anger as an indication of underlying feelings and concerns.
