Let’s Get Your Anger Right! (Anger Management)
Anger is a universal experience for everyone. Getting angry is a natural response for humans during times of stress or frustration. Research has shown that people who manage their anger at work are much more successful than those who don’t. Despite so, not many people in the workplace can do so effectively. In our course, Let’s Get Your Anger Right! (Anger Management), we will teach you how to manage your anger effectively to maximise your productivity in the workplace.
Within this 2-day workshop, participants will understand what is anger and the types of anger we usually face in the workplace. They will also get to analyse their anger, and learn several strategies to manage their anger or deal with other peoples’ anger.
Course Objective – Let’s Get Your Anger Right! (Anger Management)
By the end of the course, you would be able to:
- Recognise how anger affects your body, your mind, and your behaviour
- Use the seven-step method to break old patterns and replace them with a model for assertive anger
- Control your own emotions when faced with other peoples’ anger
- Identify ways to help other people safely manage some of their repressed or expressed anger
Alongside this course, participants can also taking up the course Managing Stress and Achieving Wellness to learn how to better manage their stress in the workplace.
