Research has shown that people who manage their anger at work are much more successful than those who don’t. Despite so, not many people in the workplace can do so effectively. In our course, Let’s Get Your Anger Right! (Anger Management), we will teach you how to manage your anger effectively to maximise your productivity in the workplace.
Within this 1-day workshop, participants will understand what is anger and the types of anger we usually face in the workplace. They will also get to analyse their anger, and learn several strategies to manage their anger or deal with other peoples’ anger.
