Course Description

Most injuries that happen at work are caused by physical stress and strain, such as sitting in the same position for a long time and making repetitive movements. These injuries can cause stress and strain on muscles, nerves, tendons, joints, blood vessels, and spine. In this course, Ergonomics at the Workplace, we will teach you the basic Ergonomics required to avoid strain and injury.

Office Ergonomics can help you be more comfortable at work. It can help lower stress and injury caused by awkward positions and repetitive tasks. It focuses on how things are set up in your office work space that you often neglect. You will be reminded how important it is to periodically rest your arms and eyes, relaxing your shoulder or your back to prevent physical stress and strain.

Within this 1-day workshop, participants will be introduced to Ergonomics, the importance of Ergonomics and preventive measures for bad Ergonomic practices.
