Course Description

This course equips professionals with essential critical thinking skills to navigate complex workplace decisions. Designed for working adults across sectors, the course introduces structured reasoning frameworks such as Paul & Elder’s Elements of Thought, Whole Brain Thinking, and argumentation models to enhance decision-making, problem-solving, and communication.

Participants will learn to distinguish between critical and non-critical thinking, identify personal thinking styles, and apply analytical and creative tools to workplace scenarios. Through interactive exercises, mini case studies, and guided practice, you will develop the ability to evaluate assumptions, analyse arguments, and present persuasive recommendations.
