The enjoyment of one’s job is heavily linked to the amount of humour in the workplace. Humour has the ability to motivate teams and individuals to perform better at work. In our course, Bringing Humour into the Workplace, we will teach you how to use humour to your advantage.
As quoted by Dwight D. Eisenhower, “A sense of humour is part of the art of leadership, of getting along with people, of getting things done.” Humour has the ability to encourage employees to be themselves and promote cohesiveness within the team. By knowing where and when you can use humour, you will be able to utilise humour appropriately and effectively.
Within this 1-day workshop, participants will learn how to use humour effectively in different situations and the benefits of humour. For example, participants will understand how to use humour in work presentations.
