About the Opportunity
@ASK Training is looking for passionate, creative, and reliable student freelancers with a keen eye for storytelling through video. You’ll work on real marketing projects ranging from interviews and class coverage to event highlights and social media reels — gaining valuable industry experience and portfolio-ready work.
This opportunity is open exclusively to our students and alumni who are looking to build their video production portfolios while earning freelance income.
Videography Project Examples:
- Film at @ASK Training events, workshops, and interviews.
- Capture b-roll footage of classes, facilities, and learner activities.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, and sound quality.
- Set up and operate video, audio, and lighting equipment.
- Support lead videographers as camera assistants or 2nd shooters (when assigned).
Video Editing Project Examples:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos (social clips, testimonials, interviews, event highlights).
- Add captions, music, sound effects, transitions, and branding elements.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, visual style, and messaging.
- Deliver final videos optimized for social media (9:16, 1:1, or 16:9 formats).
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a graduate of @ASK Training’s Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or related media courses.
- Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Basic understanding of camera operation, composition, and storytelling.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
- Portfolio or sample work (school project or personal reel) strongly required
