WSQ Organizational Relationships Building

Have you always wondered why some of your friends are so happy to report for work daily while some of them drag their feet to work? Do you feel a strong bond with your colleagues at work or do you try to avoid having conversations or meetings with them? Are you surrounded by supportive colleagues at work or feel suffocated by office politics? If you feel the latter, then organizational relationships building is something that can help you make the time you spend at work more rewarding individually and eventually as a team.

The first step towards fostering a cohesive workplace culture is for an organization to be aware of its cultural and organizational bias. This will allow leaders to make adjustments to build a more diverse and inclusive workplace. However, every employee has a part to play in this creation of a diverse and inclusive workplace as humans tend to mirror each other’s behaviour. There is strong evidence to suggest that diverse and inclusive workplaces have better economic standing and returns. This should motivate employers to train their leaders in the art of creating and promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.

WSQ ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS BUILDING

In this 2-day ‘Organizational Relationships Building Course’, you will be able to acquire the skills and knowledge required to facilitate a culture of open communication.
