Course Description

In today’s world, e-business is the new and emerging trend in the changing business landscape. Companies are implementing smart mobile devices to save on cost and streamline processes. In this course, Use of Smart Mobile Devices @ Workplace, we will teach you the fundamental basics on how to utilise smart mobile devices at work.

 

Smart mobile devices has streamlined various processes at the workplace; namely, e-banking, e-commerce and photography. Learning to utilise these devices will help to enhance the efficiency and productivity at work. Despite so, many people still lack basic skills on how to operate these devices to aid in their operations. In addition, learning how to use these devices can sometimes be challenging, especially for people who may not be tech-savvy.

 

Within this 1-day workshop, participants will learn how to use their mobile devices. They will also learn how to work with images and videos at the workplace, set up cashless payments for clients and understand online merchandise and delivery systems.
