Course Description
Are you dragging your feet to work or are you fully charged up to your office like you are going for a holiday trip? We spend over one third of our lives at work, yet majority of us are unable to find the enjoyment in working. In our course, Live to Work or Work to Live, we will help you discover the reason why you are working so you can not only maximise your productivity, but also can enjoy what you are working for.
Within this 1-day workshop, participants will learn how to balance their working life with their personal life and instil new meaning into their work. They will also learn how to effectively manage their time and energy and align their work to their personal goals.
