Alaster Leong possess a Diploma in Information Technology with more than 32 years of working experience in IT industry; out of which 22 years of experience in IT training and 10 years of experience in software development. Till date, he is still an active trainer with major training centres, statutory board and corporate companies conducting various IT courses. He is also a trainer of People’s Association. His strength includes courseware development, training in most Microsoft Office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Adobe Photoshop. He is a passion trainer who likes to impart his knowledge to his participants.
Alex Lee is a passionate and experienced trainer actively involved in the training industry. He does corporate training and has also trained for many public schools in various subjects including ICT, robotics, photography and team building. With a Bachelor in Information Technology (B.IT) gives him a good foundation in training IT related subjects like cybersecurity, ICDL, office productivity suite and procedural programming in the schools. He also has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) which further enforces his training and delivery skills to effectively impart his knowledge to his learners. He aspires to be a well rounded and versatile trainer.
Chng Kok Boon graduated from National University of Singapore with an Honours Degree in Bachelor of Arts. He is an experienced and effective former Junior College Teacher. His language and managerial skills allowed him to be the Head of Mother Tongue Department and his passion and knowledge of Information & Computer Technology enabled him to lead the ICT Department. Subsequently, he was promoted to be Assistant Director of Media Services, Education Technology Division, Ministry of Education. He leads a team of professional education officers to deploy, develop and source for ICT and library solutions and materials for all MOE schools. He later decided to pursue entrepreneurship after his stint with MOE. He has been providing ICT training for two decades and is ACTA and MOE certified to provide training for adults and school children. A truly bilingual and effective trainer and motivator. He has good teaching strategies and skills to convey complex concepts and to impart knowledge to his students and assist them to achieve desired training outcomes. He is also a freelance photographer and videographer providing services for magazines and events.
Christine Ang found her passion in training and coaching after more than two decades of working as a corporate Marketing Professional. She graduated with a Business Degree from La Trobe University, Australia, a Diploma in Computer Studies from National Computing Centre, UK, Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, is an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) Certified Trainer and International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) Asia Accredited Trainer and Tester.
As a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Christine brings on her NLP learning to enable her learners to tap on their state of mind to enhance their learning and retention. She further adds value to her training by making it fun, practical and applicable to each user’s needs. She is actively conducting WSQ ICDL courses and other courses for corporate, government and individual learners, both adults and children.
Haja Navaz graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor in Computing. Haja has experience in IT project management, systems implementation, and maintenance. He has conducted training in various Programming Language and Microsoft Office packages, Web Designing Tools and diploma courses in IT for schools and various organizations. He also conducts ESS ICT programmes for Civil Service College/IPAM since 2005.
Koh Bee Hoon holds a first class honors degree in Computer Science from University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom. She is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and ACTA Certified Trainer and presently working as an IT Training Consultant. As an Associate trainer since 1995, she has been providing IT-related training such as Microsoft Office application leading to ICDL, MOS and MCAS certification. Bee Hoon was actively involved in the delivery of WSQ Programs such as ESS Basic ICT and Workplace ICT classes for government bodies and corporate organizations. Her strength includes customizing and designing Microsoft Application training program and developing courseware to meet the needs of the corporate client. Being a Certified IT Trainer by Microsoft and National Computer Board, she was also an approved teacher by Ministry of Education to teach Computer-Related Subjects from Certificates to Advanced Diploma Courses.
Philip Gan graduated from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia with a Bachelor in Engineering. He has vast experience in conducting basic ICT, system training like Cisco and IT security (certified Ultimate Hacking expert in New York). He has been conducting IT corporate training, Microsoft certified training and ICDL training for close to 2 decades with a very high accreditation. Being a patience and cheerful trainer, his training approach is well liked by trainees from all levels. Besides training, Philip also develops training courseware for ICDL and training providers. This including a Train the Trainer program to train ICDL trainers in Africa, Tablet Fundamental, Equal Skills and Introduction to ICDL Base. Priscilla Tan graduated in Computer Studies awarded by NCC and validated by University of Cambridge (UCLES) and Systems Analysis and Design from British Computer Society (BCS). She is an Associate Trainer with more than 25 years of experience in conducting IT training that includes the Microsoft Software Applications and other customized training delivery projects for the multinational companies and government sectors. Priscilla is an Approved Instructor by Ministry of Education and IT Trainer by National Computer Board. She is an ACTA Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified Trainer, ITE Industry Trainer and ICDL Trainer. She has taught National Institute of Technical Education (NITEC) courses in ITE Bukit Merah Skills Development Centre and Singapore Girls’ Home and Higher NITEC course with ITE Approved Training Centre. Currently, she is actively conducting WSQ Programme by WDA in Workplace ICT Skills (Operational and Supervisory Levels) courses for government bodies and corporate organizations.
Sandra Lechman graduated in Computer Studies (Business Computing) awarded by NCC (UK) & validated by University of Cambridge (UCLES). She is also a Certified Trainer, Curriculum Developer and Assessor with an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) awarded by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. She has more than 17 years of experience in the IT training and consultancy industry with work exposure from both the public and private sectors. She has been appointed as the Academic Leader where she received Best IT Trainer award and Innovators’ Act Award in 2000. Sandra is a certified trainer for Adobe and Microsoft applications. She is also a beta tester for Adobe programs and Microsoft Office 2010 exams. Sandra has vast experience in training various learners from a diverse group (government, corporate, schools, etc), courseware development and customized training solutions.
Stella Anthony holds a second class upper honors degree in Bachelor of Psychology from The Open University, United Kingdom. She also graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from Nanyang Technological University. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer for over 15 years, she has been training both Desktop Application courses and Microsoft Certified System courses. Her strength and focus now lie in customizing and conducting training for corporate clients in the areas of programming especially in Microsoft Excel and Access using VBA. Apart from training, she has also been involved in designing and implementing VBA, web-based and windows based applications. Valene Ang graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. She is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certified Instructor, ACTA Certified Trainer as well as ICDL Certified Trainer and ICDL Asia Accredited Tester. She facilitated IT training for education organizations in Malaysia such as Systematic Business School, Disted College and Stamford College from the year 1993 to 1998. He is also a Certified Trainer, Curriculum Developer and Assessor with an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and Diploma in Adult & Continuous Education (DACE) awarded by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency. Christopher has more than 12 years of working experience in project & event management, quality management and business excellence. In his past employment in the public and private organisations, he had conducted and facilitated in-house training programmes on project management, quality management, and business excellence. Chow Lai Fun is a graduate of Nanyang Technological University and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (B.Acc). Florence Au has been training adult learners in business communication for more than 20 years. Richard Tin has more than 35 years of working experience in multiple marketing communication consulting roles.
