Course Description
Both men and women have differing strengths that complement one another. Understanding and utilising the strengths of both genders in the workplace will empower teams to become more productive and build stronger relationships. In our course, Women Are Always Right and Men Are Never Wrong, we will teach you how to tap on gender differences to enhance productivity in the workplace.
Within this 1-day workshop, participants will understand the various differences between men and women, in terms of Biology, Psychology, Work Style, Leadership and Communication. They will also learn how to utilise these differences and apply them to their workplace to increase productivity and rapport building.
Course Objectives
By the end of the Course, participants should be able to:
- Identify their gender differences and to utilize their strength so as to enhance productivity and better relationships.
- Identify the different operating problem-solving, individual work and management styles of the two genders and to see how each style contribute to the overall effectiveness and productivity of an organization.
- Effectively contribute to productive work environments through mutual respect and understanding.
