It helps individuals to be able to understand the concepts and the features in Outlook. The features will include sending and receiving Email messages, schedule appointments, and organizing contacts and addresses. It will also remind you of the tasks you need to complete.

    User: Secretary and Admin Executive are recommended to attend this course.
