Let’s Get Your Anger Right! helps you to put the knowledge and techniques into application. For instance, recognizing the affects that anger brings to your body, minds and behavior. The application of seven-steps method to break old patterns and replace them with a model for assertive anger. Next, to control your own emotions when faced with other people’s anger. And lastly, identifying ways to help other people safely manage some of their repressed or expressed anger.
